Once the connectors are soldered to circuitry and straight, the motor should fit back onto connectors. used rear door latch assembly right passenger side fits 2004-2009 xj8.c2c18945 c2c22977 (c2c30698) + add to cart. they can be open, by the touch sensor from both driver and passenger side. The front passenger door of my right hand drive (Australian) 2006 XJR had an intermittent unlocking failure. Then solder its wire arm to the circuitry. I took the connector out of the motor and soldered it back to the circuitry, it slots into its plastic slits just like the other side does. As you can see in the picture, one connector is stuck to the motor, as it should be stuck to the circuitry. It was my motor pos neg connectors that had weak solders. The guy in the video even mended the motor internals but mine were 1 year old and saw that the motor was ok. I followed this video before dealing into the quite easy tear down dismantling of the Audi door actuator mechanism. These motors are both inside the door actuator mechanism. It has two small motors that activate the locking / unlocking mechanisms to either the large motor for the outside door handle or the smaller motor for the inside door handle. My problem was the actuator mechanism which I had replaced one year earlier for the same reason mentioned above. My problem featured is the passenger side door.
